Generally, yes. Foreign citizens can buy property in Bosnia and Herzegovina, subject to reciprocity rules that depend on your citizenship. Our team works with a licensed local lawyer and guides you through each step.
30% when you sign the contract, then 20 monthly instalments of 2.5% (50% in total) during construction, and the final 20% when you receive the keys.
